Exclusive Face Book Community Support Group: A private online group for connecting with fellow participants, sharing progress, and getting motivation.You can add as much or little as you feel you want to. It’s good to know you’re not alone.
You Tube workouts: Access to workouts via my YouTube channel and live weekly Facebook workouts.
