During this hour, we will work together to get to the core of what is preventing you from reaching your maximum emotional and physical wellbeing. I can help you to identify what is preventing you from moving forward and ways you can start making the changes you want so you can feel your best.
We can talk over the phone, zoom or meet up in person. We could even meet for a walk and talk if that would feel more comfortable for you.
