Feel getting healthy is confusing and you don’t know where to start - you’ve tried every diet going but eventually ended up where you started?
Finally realising there just is no quick fix . You want to feel like your ‘old’ self again, but find it impossible to know how or where to begin.
My 6 session package is a great place to start your health journey. The sessions are usually every 2 weeks but can be tailored to your requirements. Together we will discuss what you would like to achieve in your health. We can then work with a plan to help you get there and more importantly, maintain what you have achieved.
Over 6 sessions together we will create a plan and keep you on-track to reach the health goals you set.
Our time together includes:
An initial 90 minute consultation to review where you are now and where you would like to be.
5 x 45 minute health coaching calls, where we’ll discuss any problems you may encounter.
I will share my expert knowledge and advice where it’s needed to help you.
Notes sent after all sessions, with steps to take towards your goals.
Email and text message support to keep you on-track with your healthy eating and living plan.
